Hello, when i move my cursor near to control points it doesn't snap. Any ideas on how to fix it?

hard to tell from just an image. However, it looks like this is from the Move command, in the "Free Move" mode. Free Move does not include snapping behavior, and never has. Point to Point Move:
will allow you to move points (including Spline Control Points) to the location of an existing sketch point.
However, simple drag of spline points is probably the easiest way to get point snapping. Just click and drag on a point.
