How to shorten an object after design it and how to increase pipe size inside an object after design

hi guys, how to shorten an object size after design and how to increase the tube size inside an object  after designing it. If possible to make a vdieo, it would be so helpful and appreciated thanks

Change length of article, 

Edit Feature (that created it) change the value in the box that needs to change.

 

Change the diameter, same, Edit Feature, Change value.

 

No file to test, best guess.

I would use Edit commands.

 

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Why?  This is, in fact, the entire reason why parametric CAD design exists - so you can easily modify your design.

 

However, if you really want to do this, use Offset Faces.  You don't say which end you want to shorten, so I picked the smaller end.  You can use this on either end, though.:

Sorry I mwan to cut part of the object and rebind the object together. For example the object in the middle tube how to cut it and bind the remaining together again. Thanks

Again, this is what parametric design is made for.  I'm sure that you could modify your design to be whatever length you want, so I don't really understand why you would not want to do that.  However, if you do want to do this in a "Direct Modeling" way, here is one way:
