I'm surprised you cannot see the option for "Single View" on the views menu. Did you click the little black arrow next to the icon?

In any case, you can use File > View > Reset to default layout to restore the screen to one view.

Thanks I have tried the reset to default layout and that doesn't work either. No matter where I click on the viewports
It doesn't give the single view option I have deleted and reinstalled fusion 360 and it didn't fix the problem. I have it installed on my computer
At home and at work. At home it is working great.

This is the first I've ever heard that this is a permanent problem.

Can you make a video showing me the steps you take? This is a good platform because it records your keystrokes.

I need to see what you are doing when trying to get out of this situation to fully understand what you are facing.

Thanks,

It's Fixed! This time to unistall I used the Clean Fusion 360.exe  and then reinstalled fusion and now it works great i have single view options and Shift + 1 works to switch back and forth. Thanks for all your help.
