How to recover deleted unsaved(untitled) recovered file

Hello everyone, I accidentally deleted an unsaved recovered file in fusion. I intended to delete something else but unknowingly deleted the file before I could save it, now I can’t find it anywhere. I hope that it isn’t permanently deleted cos I have been working on the complex design for a month now and starting afresh isn’t really an option that I’m considering since there isn’t any time to do it again. Can anybody help?
