How to make the orbit angle change when pressing and holding right click?

I wonder if there a way to make a keyboard short key to activate the right click to function as an orbit angle (like in Tinkercad mode) and than return to a regular menu mode.

the only way I found how to do it so far is with changing the Orbit to "Tinkercad" at the preferences.
