How to increase size of UI on 4K mac

Hi,

I'm trialling Fusion 360 as a replacement to Eagle and have a 27" 4K screen on an M1 Mac mini. I'm finding the UI to be quite small and cannot find any options to scale it up. In other applications I can generally press CMD+ and CMD- to scale up and down but that's not working here. Is there a way to scale up the UI to say double size please?

Attached is a piece of my screen showing some other application with nicely sized text for reference. I'm sure there's a simple setting somewhere but I can't find it. I tried a few of the things I found online with checkboxes and what not but nothing seems to work.
