Access your A360 online database and use the Search function for keyword.  From the results, you can navigate to the folder and file.  You can use the Fusion 360 data panel to access the A360 site.

Just because you go to the A360 database, you have not left Fusion 360!  You can do basically the same search from the Fusion 360 Data Panel but I do not think it is a complete because it is only searching in one Project where the A360 search is for all projects on the whole team.

Edit: You can do the whole team from the Data Panel, I just noticed the drop down list of where to search.

I guess the best way to do this is use the A360 web data base since it gives you the project the file is located in (see first reply post screen capture).  The Fusion 360 Data Panel search you would have to search each project individually and this is not good.

I also just noticed if your click on the Version number of the file you search for, it will display the Project name and folder in the Fusion 360 data panel.   Tutoring is one of my projects.
