How to extrude rectangular pattern from a object only
You have the model, you are asking the question on how to perform an operation with only a screen capture to explain what you want. The Forum users cannot see what you have or have not done in your model. We cannot even see your timeline, if you have one, or what features you have added to the model. Putting the shoe on the other foot, could you answer the question without the added information of the model?
