How to create groove along edge of blade?

I'd like to create a groove about 2.1mm wide and 7.2mm deep into the centreline of the blade (shown in photo) so that I can fit an LED strip into it to create a glow effect.

I don't have much experience with fusion and I'm a bit stuck on how to do this. I've attached the f3d file if that helps.

Normally that would be a Sweep > cut.

The body looks like a mesh body, so good chance the whole thing can be a Sweep.> New Body.
