I would like to offer a workaround solution to your Pitch Line dimension issue. Fusion 360 has a ways to go with its 2D drawing application so you have to cheat. Please take a look at my screencast for the process.

That functionality is missing in Fusion 360.
Try to dimension a simple hole callout.
That also is missing and so forth!
