Hi I’d really love some help. Ive tried the fusion support but it takes me round in circles and I keep having to sign in and then it forgets why I’m there!
I was previously a subscriber to fusion only.
I only use it rarely (once a week for one hour?) and only for personal use.
as my subscription was expiring I was offered a discount to renew, I didn’t have enough money to do it immediatly so I didn’t. Anyway just after renewal I did get the money but the link no longer works, and now it wants me to pay full price (much MUCH more than I payed last time - I really can’t afford it at full price)
can I get some help with either:
a) getting the discounted fusion price I was offered before.
or
b) getting fusion to work for me as a ‘free’ user with one project?
The trouble is, as I was a full user until recently, I have many projects in my account, so when I try to log in so I can delete all but one project (so I can use as a free user?) it doesn’t let me do anything. I’m completely stuck.
so now I’m in a worse situation than if I had never paid for a sub ever before.
how do I convert to free version after using it as a paid subscriber?
also many other things are frustrating with the auto desk website. If it helps with the above I’m english but recently living in spain. I need the software in english though.
I can’t see anywhere how to convert my account to ‘free’ version.
please help!
Thank you
