I have a sketch like this. The question mark has no fixed center point. How can I center it on a plane though?

it's not 100% clear what you mean by the "center" of the sketch.  If the interpretation is the middle of the 4 holes, this is an easy way to construct such a center point:

how do I center the question mark to your point? imagine putting a square around the question mark, the center of the question mark to your point

you kind of answered it yourself:  draw a rectangle around the form you want to move.  The only complexity is in selecting the geometry to move to do the centering.  There are other ways to get there - dimensioning the whole question mark so that it moves as a unit, for instance, but this will do it.

1. organize the question mark in its text box
2. position the box in your design with dimensions and constraints
