How to add additional user to Fusion 360 for startups subscription

When I got my Fusion 360 for startups application approved, I got the following email. I added one additional user by filling out the linked form. Now I would like to add one more user, and I can't figure out how to do it. The link to the form says that it already have been completed. I can edit the form, but it has been more than a week, and nothing happens.

What can I do to add this user?

I do not have a Fusion 360 license but if it works like all Autodesk Subscription products, have the one that apply and was accepted go into their Autodesk Account and look at the options under Products and Services.

The licences is for one person only another person needs their own account with a different email address, onces that is setup you can invite them to the teamhub.
