how to access the "lockingring.f3d" file in autodesk's own tutorial !?!?

I'm going through the  CAD for Mechanical Design Associate Certification Prep .

I'm in the Create And Modify Sketch section .

The step says to  upload and open the supplied "lockingring.f3d" file .

I don't see how to do this .

? Is this restricted / unavailable because I have a free / learning license ?
