How do I create a Construction Plane at this point?

I would like to create a construction plane (to create a sketch) that is at a point, but at an angle to three adjacent faces.  I can't figure out how to do it.

This is the point and the dimension along XYZ that I want to create the plane:

Using Blender I've created the following Boolean to illustrate what I'm trying to do, which is create a sketch so I can extrude a cut into the corner:

I can create sketch planes angled to faces and edges, but none of them get me to where I want to be (per the references above).  Would love some help, thanks.

As you drag "Plane along Path", it will "snap" to the projected sketch point:

If you know the XYZ dimensions you do not need Plane or Rectangle.

Wow, thanks so much for weighing in you guys! These are all great solutions, totally just expanded my understanding of how to CAD 😉
