How can I move or copy a sketch from a design to a drawing?

Hello, I have made a sketch in a new design. I want to find a way to put it onto a drawing. I've looked everywhere but cannot find out how - perhaps I am wording it wrong. Hopefully the screenshots below will help. One is a screenshot of the sketch on the design tab and one is of the drawing which is currently blank.

Hi,

A sketch can only be activated if there is at least one body (no mesh!) in the design.

Hello, very sorry but I am not quite sure I understand. I am quite new to this so apologies if its a silly question. I just drew a quick sketch of something (one of the screenshots - rectangle with various dimensions) and I am trying to find the best way to put it onto the drawing (second screenshot thats blank). Is there another way I should do this?

The video will explain the process.  If the sketch is the only thing in the model, it will show up automatically.  If not, then you must turn it on as I show at the end of the video.
