If I exit the fusion 360 and restart, the customized shortcuts will be deleted. I am using an educational license.
I am looking for a way to solve the problem.

Hi,

Thanks for posting. I'm also using student license and my shortcuts are working great. I can suggest you 2 things,

1. Update fusion 360

2. When you change the shortcut in a file, save the file and see what happens.

Just a try that might work.
