Hobby license

Once again I am having trouble renewing my hobby license.

When the license was about to expire I did nothing as I remember that nothing would be done until it actually expired. It is about to expire, but the title on Fusion says that my trial is about to expire. It has said this from the 30 day expiry notice.

Clicking on the orange notification button on the top right only gives me the options to see pricing or contact sales.

All indications online say that this should have an option to renew personal license.

I have gone the links on the main site for a personal license but cannot see any indication that anything has stuck.

Well it has expired and reverted to the hobby license.

No clue why it dropped from a hobby to a trial, and then to the personal.

Not what is documented.

How did you get around it?  Mine has done the same.

i dont use it often, but it was the hobby one, then it said it was a trial and fully featured.

next time i used it its all read only and i cant find a way back to the hobby version.

thanks

just did all the requirements for a hobby one (probably about 5 times) i.e. from the web site download the trial version, even though you already have it installed, and after the 30 day full trial it reverted to the hobby license.

This behaviour is not documented anywhere.

This has never gone smoothly for me, but at least the new 3 year hobby renewal means it will happen less often.
