Hi I'm Steve and failing to launch Fusion 360 for the first time

Hi Guys, I'm new to fusion 360 and having problems launching it. "unable to load data, can't seem to connect to server" and before that, a long HTML error ending with "404-File or directory not found" (this error only shows for 2 seconds).

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling also used Fusion 360 cleaner tool.

I disabled Firewall and antivirus

I ran the installation as an Administrator.

I obviously restarted several times.

I followed the guidelines online to login to Fusion 360 collaborator but as soon as I do I get the same error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What OS are you using? If windows are you using an insider preview? See this post.
