Hi @ARTHUR-HM,

Well then... that's no good... Do you mind sharing the file with me so I can see what might be going on. That is really strange - the timeline isn't even very complex which is normally my first question.

Thanks,

Here is the file. You're right, it's not a very complex timeline. It's just a quick angle iron frame I was mocking up. Not sure why I cannot mirror this.

I just tried to copy and paste new that component, and got the same results. So it is not just mirror causing the crash for me.

Hi @ARTHUR-HM,

Thanks for sharing. I'm still testing around this, but I believe it actually may have to do with those copy/pasted components. What was the purpose of these? For instance, I can roll my timeline to back right before the first copy/paste, but as soon as I roll it forward past it, I crash (sometimes I had to run a Compute All first). Do you see this as well? Let me dig a bit deeper on this, but this is definitely not okay behavior. Hopefully I'll have a better answer shortly.

Thanks,

Looking back, I was trying to make a subassembly but noticed that I nested the new components wrong, so I dragged the components around to properly nest everything. I recreated the file not screwing that part up, and nesting things properly from the beginning. Mirror then worked. If I rolled back to that point as you did, I also didn't experience a crash.

So the issue seems to be mirroring or paste new a component where nesting has been changed? Maybe? I don't know. If that's the case then me creating the file properly off the bat should fix it. But it's not always the case that I know how I want to create subassemblies from the get go. So hopefully that's an easy fix.
