Help with resizing a logo.

Ik have a master copy of a logo that we use, now we want to have it within a range of 20x15cm. Is there a way to scale the master copy to is scale. Without using the percentage scale optie, but with a kind of design limits

I would just sketch a 20x15 rectangle then scale til it fits

1. measure the current height e.g. 12 cm
2. fusion > scale > factor 20/12
