Hi, I'm fairly new to Fusion 360. I want to create a flat pattern for making a sheet metal cover. I have looked through the forum and YouTube and I thought it would be fairly straight forward and simple compared to some of the objects I've seen created on here. I have been able to make the sheet metal part and get it to unfold, but once I start trying to add the flange tabs there are issues with overlap. Another issue I've seen is that the lofted flange creates a knit line and that seems to also screw up the lofted flange. The knit line changes location depending on how I model it. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance to another resource on making this type of part. The below image is a lofted and shelled version of what I want to make - except it is missing another flange that folds inward across the center (top and bottom). The attached file should have the shelled version (pictured), a lofted flange with additional flanges, and another lofted flange with additional flanges. The difference between the two lofted flanges is where I started the sketch, to show the two different versions of knit lines I got.
