Help with machine builder

I've been trying to configure a machine. I went into machine library, and selected a 3 axis machine, copied it to local library. After going through the various configurations, then saved it. All is good so far. Then I'm looking for machine builder. There is no machine builder. I checked preferences, and both machine builder and machine simulation are checked. There is also machine v2 checked. But still no machine builder.

I should add that I'm on hobby licence.

You will find Machine Builder under the Utilities Tab.  Here is an article about it that might help also.

Now I feel like an idiot. Total tunnel vision on my part.
