HELP. Unable to chamfer holes and no idea why

Hi all. 

 

as the title suggests. im unable to chamfer the holes on my cad 3d model. would someone be able to take a look and explain to me what i'm doing wrong. the holes are on the top part on the slope. i have created 2 bodys and combined them to make one. haven't played with fusion for over a year and just trying to get back into it, cheers

Chamfer tool was updated recently, it looks like only half the routine is working, 

 

You can see the new face, but the trimmed body area does not get removed.

One for @jeff_strater 

 

Close look near the red lines is the edge of the chamfer faces, and a selected edge is available, chamfer icon is added to timeline, just the clearing of the remanent has not happened.

Happens on one hole, or select the face, all the holes do this....

1mm is the maximum chamfer size for the top row.  I did multiple rows since I wanted to check my progress for failures.  You probably could do a single pick but you are taking a chance you will miss one edge and ruin all of them.  You should activate the component before you add the chamfers.  Model is attached.
