Help needed - Engineering drawings wont bring in parts and freeze fusion

Hi,

Could not find any chats that had this problem. When I create an engineering drawing from a part I just get a black page of the desired size. The engineering drawing environment opens fine and a blank page is created for the drawing to be created on, but the part is not added to the page. I am able to zoon in and out on the plain drawing page but non of the buttons work and everything else freezes up force a force quit of the program. This makes fusion kinda useless for me if it wont create the drawings of the part. Any ideas.

Hi g-andresen, the problems gets worse now. I was able to fix the drawing problem for a few days by carrying out a full uninstall and reinstall of the software. The drawing creation worked fine and nothing froze up. it has as of a week ago started again for not apprent reason. I went to uninstall the software again, but now I am unable to due to this error. 

What do I do?

I have tried useing the program provided by autodeck that trys to find problems with uninstalling software but with no luck and i get stuck at the section where it asks for a product number.
