HELP! Fusion 360 freezing on loading screen

Really getting frustrating 😕 this was working as normal yesterday - gone to log on today and just freezing on opening screen

I have tried running as admin - no joy

uninstalled and then reinstalled - no joy

Checked all drivers are up to date - they are

pc specs - i9 9900k, 16gb ram, GTX 1660Ti OC 6GB

any advice/support is appreciated!

i think this is a issue with program as waited on opening screen for last 15-20 minutes and has slowly opened but in top right advising will experiance slowness while they untangle wires

You need to attach your log files.  This article tells you how to retrieve them if you can run Fusion 360 or not, in your case not.

Thanks for this but it seems to be working now. It took about 20 minites to
open then stated it may be slow due to some untangling of wires, assuming
few web issues?

I will post log files if happens in the morning, thank you

Please see attached logs from Fusion 360 - as mentioned the last 4 days the program has taken around 20 minutes to open(indicating not responding) but if i dont touch this it will eventually open i then see the notification as sent in previous post about untangling wires? Could someone help advise why it takes so long?
