Having Trouble Getting Fusion to Uninstall or Install--Please Help

I've had Fusion 360 for quite a while.  I had not used it for 1-2 weeks.   I tried opening and it would not open for nothing.  Restarted computer and that did not help.  So I decided to do an uninstall.    The uninstall worked to the point there is not Fusion 360 icon or when I key in Fusion in the Windows search it's not there.  However, it still shows up in the control panel.   When I try to uninstall from there it starts runs the uninstall window in Autodesk Application Streaming for about 5 seconds and disappears.  So now I tried to do a new install, but it is stuck at 99% in the Autodesk Application Streaming.   Any ideas on how I can get Fusion working again.  It's working on one of my other computers.

Hi @utekcnc

Thanks for posting! When you initially uninstalled Fusion 360, did you use the clean uninstall tool? If you did not, I would recommend running the clean uninstall utility on your computer and then reinstalling Fusion - the clean uninstall should wipe all residual files and folders for Fusion 360, which are likely interfering with reinstalling.

Hopefully this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions - I am happy to continue troubleshooting.

Ok, I ran that uninstall tool and it says successful.  However, it is still showing up in control panel and when I try to reinstall I get a multiple installer error in the Autodesk Application Streaming window.   What should I try next?

Hi @utekcnc

Thanks for the response! The multiple installer error usually suggests that you have more than one installation streamer running simultaneously. To resolve this, please check for multiple streamer processes in the Activity Monitor/Task Manager.

If you're on Windows, quit all processes named "streamer.exe" and "Fusion360.exe" in the Task Manager. If you're on Mac, quit any processes named "Fusion 360" and "streamer" in the Activity Monitor. Then, run the installer again.

Hopefully this helps! If it does not, please attach your installation log file to this forum thread and I am happy to continue troubleshooting. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Ok, that got me to the point where I could run the Application Streaming again.  However it's stuck at 99% again.   Attached is installation log.   Thanks for your help.

I am attaching a log from this morning also.  This morning it won't even start.  I get a permissions problem.  I have looked and closed the processes that it says might be causing this.
