Having difficulties uninstalling the application.

Log file is attached. It says that there is stuff running hence it cannot uninstall it... but I am pretty positive there is not.

Hi @jbmw, thanks for posting.

 

First, make sure in Task Manager that all applications related to Fusion 360 are disabled. By this I mean: Fusion360.exe, adexmtsv.exe (which is mentioned in the logs you provided), and AdCefWebBrowser.exe. For Windows 10 you may need to select "more details" to see all open items.

 

Alternatively, I would try to use the cleaner tool from this article: How to perform an automatic clean uninstall of Autodesk Fusion 360.

This webpage should help you out.  If you still want an "automatic" method, the Fusion Service Utility is what you want.

Thanks for the quick reply, @jhackney1972 ! I believe the keyboard chord would work if the app got that far, but hangs on Signing In. I did uninstall through Windows, even though that is not ideal. I am re-installing now.
