Hi,
I was discouraged in my first attempt to learn 360 due to the lack of a manual with step-by-step exercises I could follow. The videos are nice, but there's nothing like a set of follow-along tutorials. They did it for AutoCAD; I can't imagine why they haven't done it for Fusion.
There's a saying I have heard attributed to the Chinese;
"I hear, and I forget; I see, and I remember; I do, and I understand."
Well, this very much applies to me, and I certainly can't learn by switching back and forth between the videos or exercises and my keyboard (perhaps if I had two monitors it would help), so I have started saving all the exercises they have in "Getting Started" as .PDFs, to print them and staple them into an exercise booklet.
It occurs to me that other people may have done this already, and if so it could save me a lot of time and gruntwork.
I've been using SNAGIT to do scrolling screen captures of an entire exercise at once, rather than doing one screen at a time, which makes it vastly easier. I think they have a free version, but I like it so much and use it so often I bought the package for about $60 as I recall. I imagine there are plenty of similar apps, but Snagit was on my gov't work computer and I fell in love right away, so I've just stuck with it.
SO... anyone out there who's done this already?
Anyone who wants the file when I finish?
Anyone who wants to split the list of exercises with me, and combine efforts?
