Haas direct driver: machines not showing up

I've installed the haas direct driver, but have only been able to connect one of three haas machines in the workshop. I've tried both the search network an direct ip options to connect the machines. Neither will work. All machines are next gen and have the same network settings in the controller. The connecting machine is a CM1, the other machines are a SMM and a VF2-YT. All machines are connected to the network and can be viewed and altered from the windows explorer.

I am also encountering this problem.  Machine and computer are on the same network.  Searching through my network and searching via I.P. Address both return no results.

I am currently on a NGC UMC-750 Software version 100.20.000.1011.  I know this is not the most current version of the software,  I'm assuming I need to update to get this feature to work?

The machine showing up has NGC version 100.20.000.1200

One of our machines running a newer version, 100.21.000.1133 is not showing up. This machine is connected wirelessly connected to the same router the older machine has a direct ethernet connection to.

Hi everyone, sorry for the slow reply to this I've only just been pointed towards this thread missed it before.

The Haas Driver will require control firmware version of at least 100.20.000.1200, but currently only up to 10.21.000.1133, this version or newer won't work. This is because with this version Haas changed some of the naming conventions meaning the Driver was no longer compatible, but we are working on a fix for this which should be available very soon. If your machine has one of these newer firmware versions please let me know and I will make you aware once the updated Driver is available.

If your machine falls within this "expected" firmware version range but you still cannot connect to it/them, also please let me know and we can work out what else might be going wrong.

Thanks,

Jack

Hi everyone,

A new version of the Haas Driver (V1.36.0) is now available which is compatible with control software version REL-100.20.000.1200 or later, including recent releases up to REL-100.22.000.1014. Download it from the App-Store here - https://apps.autodesk.com/FUSION/en/Detail/Index?id=6029738192084909881

Thanks,

Jack

Hello, I have a DS-30y lathe running 100.22.000.1023. I can see the machine when I search for it on the Haas Driver but it does not add it.
