Ground plane and reflections not rendering

Hi,

I have been trying to get some nice product rendering done but have encountered an issue where the live preview shows a ground plane and reflection when I turn the option on but neither local render or cloud render actually produces it in the final images. In canvas render seems to produce it on the other hand.

Thanks for posting. At this time we are not sure why this happens in some models. 

In this post, an expert has suggested creating your own ground plane with reflective properties.
