Grey background, unable to see models

Hello,

Fusion 360 has been working fine until recently. Now it is unusable, I can't see a grid, the background is solid grey and my models are "hidden" behind this solid colour (images attached). I have uninstalled/reinstalled with no luck.

Any ideas?

it seems that setting the graphics preference to DirectX11 can help:  grid-and-model-not-displaying-after-last-update
