Graphics card performance issue

Good day! When installing the Fusion 360 program, I found that the program does not work correctly, after conducting diagnostics, I found that the program does not work correctly with the video card and underestimates the program's performance. I have looked at the forum and found no similar problem and solution for similar problems. I will clarify that the program runs on an external video card, as I am from a desktop. I have updated my graphics card driver to the latest version. I set it in the settings so that it runs on my RTX 2070. But the program often freezes, and it lacks anti-aliasing, which is very noticeable on a 4k monitor. Please advise what can be done?

I note that in your screenshot Antialiasing is turned off.

I believe there are reports that some problems with the newer RTX cards exist. @Phil.E is that something you can help with or comment on ?
