Going from Windows to Mac

I have a current subscription with my company and I'm running Fusion 360 on Windows 10.  They're thinking of switching me to a Mac.  Does our subscription allow me to install on either?  We wont have to pay for the Mac version right?

correct.  Platform type does not matter - you can install on Windows or Mac or both.

So does this mean if you have a MacBook for mobile work but you would like to build a Windows workstation for heavy duty renders/etc, you could have 1 license and download Fusion on both the MacBook and the Windows workstation and have that sync across platforms?

yes, that is correct.  One license, as many machines of either type as you want.  The only limitation is that you cannot be running Fusion using the same license on both machines at the same time.  Fusion will suspend the session on the other machine if you attempt to log in twice.
