Glitch when drawing plane. don't know how to solve

Hi, I'm new to the form mode in fusion. I have a form with a gap that I want to fill, so I used the plane option to select all the vertices and create a plane to fill the gap. However, when I do this, I encounter this strange glitch every time which you can see below:

How do I solve this?

Why are you using Form for this basic geometry?

Is this exercise simply to become familiar with the Form tools?

I'm using form mode because the profile of the gap that I want to fill is slanted:

I'm pretty new to this, but I figured making a plane in form mode would be the easiest way to fill this gap. Or is there a better solution?

I think there is an easier way that doesn't require Form.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
