Getting error when trying to install Fusion 360

I'm consistently getting an error when trying to install Fusion 360 on my Windows desktop. 

The error I recieve is: ssl.SSLError: [SSL: DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC] decryption failed or bad record mac (_ssl.c:2555)

Attached is the log file. 

I have tried restarting and reinstalling multiple times, as well as uninstalling multiple apps.

did you use CLEAN UNINSTALL?
