As the title says, since the most recent update I get a crash every time I try to create a new drawing from even simple models the first time. Almost always works the second try.

Hi, thanks for posting this. Glad to help. I have a few questions to help investigate the issue.

When it crashes, do you send a crash report? I can look up the crash report if you have a number.

If not, what OS are you running?

Has this just begun recently?

What's the easiest way to get you the log number. I've found the logs folder, is it the number after the date,  or including the date?

Logs aren't as helpful as a crash report. Did you send one? They look like this:

Yes I did those crash reports, just not sure how to see them and the number after the fact.

Thanks.

If you want to send me an email at phil dot eichmiller at autodesk dot com, or a PM on this forum, I can look your crashes up with your email address. Please refer to this thread so I can more easily track it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for sending the email. However, unfortunately, I didn't find any crash reports associated with your email address. If you could make it crash again and send the report, the dialog box has a way to copy the report number to clipboard. Paste it in a response to me here and that will be enough.
