Getting an error message - We've detected an unexpected outage

I am getting an error message(s) - "We've detected an unexpected outage". After clicking ok my fusion 360 then closes?

 

My computer is connected to the internet. What is the issue?

@kariD9GSU Almost positive it is due to this article

Either you are on an unsupported OS or an old version of Fusion. If you are on a supported OS you can update Fusion.
