Getting a save svg Popup when working in online mode and Missing UI Elements.

Whenever I am working in online mode, I keep getting the save file popup. This appears repeatedly and does not go even on closing or saving the file. The file it asks me to save is 18x18.svg. Also I am haveing a issue with the UI where some of the elements are mssing in the data panel.

So far I've tried a number of things but have met with no success. Things I've tried:

1. Restart Fusion 360.

2. Restart my PC.

3. Log out of Fusion 360 then Log back in.

4. Uninstall/reinstall Fusion 360.

5. Uninstall/reinstall Fusion 360 using Fusion 360 Cleaner uninstall tool.

I've attached a capture of the popup and the missing UI. I'm not sure what else to try and would be grateful for suggestions.
