Generative Design, most important feature of Fusion, is not accessible to those who are having valid education license but do not have school domain email address.
In India, most of the universities (including Mumbai University where I am studying) do not issue domain email address. But that doesn't make those students inferior to use Fusion.
My appeal to Autodesk is review this rules or rather change the rule.
We issued a license to student after third party verification of submitted documentary proof.
That means a student is eligible to download any product (including Fusion) for a period of one year.
So, I have downloaded Fusion and I am using it for my projects. I am finding from literature and emails from Autodesk Education the true value addition Generative Design can add.
But I am not able to access Generative Design because I don't have university domain mail ID.
If Autodesk really want to show concern about use of Fusion 365 then make certification exam compulsory. This rule of having domain mail ID is absurd. Should you want I can write to Prime Minister of India to look in this matter.
