Generative design

I cannot access the generative design even though I have an education license. It appears in my fusion 360 but it shows subscribe only even though I logged in with the email with education license. What do I do?

Does this mean that your email is of the form @*.edu ?

is your instructor able to access Generative Design?

Are your classmates able to access Generative Design.
