Generative design stuck on 5%

Hello, my generative design process has been stuck on 5% since yesterday, I tried cancelling it and starting new one but it just stays on 5%. I have the student licence. I have done many generatie design on this account but some reason it has been stuck since yesterday. Would like some help . Thank you
