Generative Design Stuck at 5% with No Outcomes

Hi there,

I attempted to run a generative design study yesterday. Earlier in the day, the outcome it gave me was a model that filled in geometry everywhere there was no obstacle geometry. Later in the day, I tried solving another study and the job status was stuck at 5% for over 16 hours with no outcomes showing. I canceled that study and have been attempting to simulate it again. However, I seem to still be running into the same issue. 

Any help or insight on this would be much appreciated.
