Generating Tool Path and Running out of Memory

I am trying to create a tool path for my Langmuir System CNC Plasma for a very basic sign. After a considerably long time Fusion 360 keeps failing to generate the tool path saying there is not enough memory. I have 16 GB of RAM, and when I look in my task manager it says Fusion 360 is only using 25% of the memory resources. Also when I am trying to do this I have nothing else running. Any help anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated.

So I solved my problem. If someone runs into this (which from my research it looks like many people have) you will have to generate multiple tool paths within one single setup. This helps fusion not to melt down.

i have the same isseu allso more then enough memmory and only have this with a projection toolpath

Are you using a chamfer/engraving tool?

If you have the tip diameter set as zero then this can sometimes cause this

Try changing the tip diameter to something very small like 0.001mm

This is a good tip (no pun intended!) but it did not solve the memory issue....

Without more information about what your trying to do we cant really assist further.

There are aa couple of different issues being discussed in this thread so its hard to know which one your having trouble with.

Probably better to start a new thread with more info and (Preferably) a fusion file
