Recent update (possibly December 2024) seems to have changed my 3D Print "Refinement" setting.
A long time ago when I set up F360 I saw the setting for refinement on sending components to the 3D printer, and I set it to "High". I mean, why wouldn't you? Hahahaha! Unless the design contains such an incredible number of polygons that it would confuse the slicer or cause the printer memory buffer to clog up or something, but that's never happened.
Printing a perfectly circular item today, examining the finished print I noticed I could see facets on the outer circular face. Low-Poly! Took me a while to work out why. The image in the slicer looked ok, until I magnified it and caught it at a particular angle and then I could see the faceting. So obviously the slicer had received a faceted shape. So I looked at the print settings in F360 which are normally collapsed under the "Refinement" settings and saw that it had somehow been changed to "Medium" instead of "High". I don't think any updates should ever change a user's settings, so that's quite a nasty bug IMO.
