Can you do a couple of things for us , please?

1. Go to Help - About - What build are you currently on?

2. Go to Help- >Support & Diagnostics -> Get Diagnostic log files -> Please attach the zip file that is generated

3. "Sometimes" a restart of the machine could fix any lingering issues.

Thanks for replying.

1) system rebooted - no change

2) version is 2.0.8560

2) after starting Fusion 360 a Python errors screen comes up (attached screenshot)

3) diagnostic log files generated and attached

The build you have is from our June update and we have since had 5 updates.

Your logs show that there is a 404 error:

Exception fetching package manifests: HTTP Error 404: Not Found, url:https://dl.appstreaming.autodesk.com/production/packages/c5b35693d69822c1c60eb0e6e74dd546fd2b0136.js...

Are you able to access this URL and if so can you please attach the what it shows? https://dl.appstreaming.autodesk.com/production/packages/c5b35693d69822c1c60eb0e6e74dd546fd2b0136.js...

I am trying to get more information from our install team.

@RajkumarIlanchelian Just for kicks, I clicked on your provided link and it gave me a 404 error Page not found.  I also copied and tried the error shown in the installation log of the customer, same result.  Hope you do not mind me commenting.

@jhackney1972 thank you for the reply. Looks like something in our install side of things. Asking our install team about this.

@Anonymous Here is what we think is happening. You should be updated to 2.0.8809 and the update should be looking for this package. However, per the logs Fusion is trying to look for the packages from an update we put out in July (that older package is obviously not available since we have moved on to newer updates).

We do not know at this time "how" your Fusion got into this state but the right solution here unfortunately is asking you to uninstall Fusion and re-install it again. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will continue to investigate on how you could get into a situation like this.

Please let us know if a reinstall fixed your issues. (and 2.0.8809 should get you Emboss 🙂 )

Uninstall - Like any other Windows uninstall.

Install - Going to accounts.autodesk.com and you can go in there to get Fusion 360.

@catfishking105 If you close the notification and then close Fusion and start again, does the notification reappear?
