Hi

Since today Fusion doesn't open like it should.

I can launch it. No errors and it is running.

I've made a video to show it.

I've deleted cashes and repaired fusion. And I've unistalled it and did a reinstall. But no working solution so far

Hi @JJackrabbit

It would be good to get the log files to see what could be happening.

1. When you start Fusion press Ctrl+ Shift

2. This should launch the Fusion service utility

3. Do a repair of Fusion and see if that helps

4. if it does not launch service utility again and after system info. It will generate a zip file that you can attach here.

Did the repair. But didn't solve it.

It seems like it shows up on a second screen. But there is no screen attached at the moment.

Hi @JJackrabbit

I can see "Error: [WinError 5] Access is denied" in the log file.

Follow below steps.

  1. Uninstall Fusion 360.
  2. Login onto your system as an Administrator.
  3. Disable FireWall.
  4. Disable any antivirus running. example: Remove or disable MacAfee
  5. Type UAC in Windows run.
  6. Drag the bar to Never notify.
  7. Try Re-installing Fusion 360.

Hi @JJackrabbit

I see your Fusion 360 folder is not having any Oxygen ID, It says UnkownUser

Screenshot 2022-12-21 at 2.38.25 AM.png

There may be a simple way to fix this, but please follow steps

1. Uninstall Fusion 360 from control Panel.

2. Restart your PC

2. Manually remove files if any files get missing from Uninstall process

4. Reinstall Fusion 360.

If still not working, Please share the log files.

3. Install

Hi @JJackrabbit

Looks like the secondary monitor was still connected even after disconnecting the monitor

After disconnecting monitor

  1. Open Settings
  2. Click on Display
  3. Under the “Select and rearrange displays” section, select the monitor that you want to disconnect
  4. Under the “Multiple displays” section, use the drop-down menu and select the Disconnect this display option.
