fusion360 not launching well after reinstall

I've encountered some network problems which prompted me to delete fusion360 along with some of its files, after reinstalling fusion only launches fine on the initial launch, anything after that (ie quitting normally and relaunching, force quitting and relaunching) it just gets stuck on the loading screen with a rainbow cursor, I've removed and reinstalled multiple times and this applies to all the instances; the method I'm using is just to use remove tool and then downloading the installer from manage.autodesk.com every time. My macbook is the m2 pro 2023 version.
