Fusion360 is using my personal license instead of educational license

Hi,

Education Support Team for Fusion360 was not able to provide a solution to my simple problem after many raised issues on their contact form, and instead giving me automated replies for the last few weeks. 

Problem - 

After sign-in with my email, Fusion360 automatically gets activated with personal licence, instead of newly acquired educational license.

Background -

1. I got personal license for Fusion360 tied to my e-mail id, and started using for few weeks.

2. Later I got Fusion360 educational license on the same e-mail id.

3. I reinstalled Fusion360 and logged in with my same e-mail id, but it gets activated by basic personal license instead of newly acquired educational license.

Also there is no option to add my Education license serial number. After sign-in with my email, Fusion360 automatically gets activated with personal licence.
