Fusion360 does not pop up any windows

I tried to open Fusion360, but no window popped up.
I found the Fusion360 process in the task manager. I ended it and reopened it, but there was still no response.

This sounds a lot like a video issue.  Check to see if you have the latest video drivers from the Manufacture's website.

I updated my windows, but this problem was solved.
